The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing talent acquisition, promoting employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and labor laws.
Job Description:
The HR Manager will oversee the full scope of human resources functions, including recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. The role requires a people-centered leader who can foster a positive and productive work environment while aligning HR practices with CRS’s mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff development processes.
• Ensure compliance with Ghanaian labor laws and CRS HR standards.
• Support managers in performance management and employee relations.
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
• Promote a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
• Provide HR advisory support to leadership and staff.
