HR Operations Partner

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Business Partners and key stakeholders to implement and communicate new HR processes, procedures, and functionality globally.
- Consult with and train employees, managers, and HR Business Partners as a Workday operational subject matter expert.

Accounts Payable Specialist (6-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Key Responsibilities:
- Process all scheduled and unscheduled accounts payable tasks, including supplier invoices, corresponding purchase orders, payment runs, and compliance checks.
- Ensure invoices are processed correctly with local VAT regulations.
- Manage the Accounts Payable inbox, reviewing and resolving queries from all stakeholders.
- Liaise with suppliers and reconcile the Accounts Payable ledger for invoices and payments.
- Assist with month-end reporting and procedures, including expense accruals and prepayments.
- Perform accounts payable month-end tasks, including reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
- Provide short-term cover for auditing expense claims to ensure compliance with policies.
- Handle other ad-hoc duties as required, including cover during periods of high workloads and absences.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in Accounts Payable.
- A degree is not mandatory; however, an understanding of basic bookkeeping, attention to detail, and strong mathematical and accounting skills are required.
- Organizational and analytical skills along with strong communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with Netsuite and Concur is preferred but not essential.

Senior Tax Analyst
Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage tax compliance and execute international planning and transfer pricing policies.
- Be the first point of contact for external service providers to share requested information and review tax computations for South Africa, the UK group, and other income tax compliances outside of North America.
- Manage applications for certificates of residency for non-US entities.
- Track global legislative and regulatory changes; assess and discuss with the tax team on any impact to Mimecast’s operations and tax strategy.
- Coordinate non-US tax matters on cross-functional initiatives with other departments.
- Assist in advising business partners on tax considerations of geographic expansion plans and assist with implementing new transfer pricing and/or structuring as appropriate.
- Manage global intercompany agreements, partnering with legal, external advisors, and local finance teams.
Qualifications:
- Experience in international tax compliance and planning.
- Strong understanding of global tax regulations and transfer pricing.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
