Job Description:
The HR & Administrative Assistant will handle administrative and HR-related duties, maintain accurate records, coordinate office operations, and ensure smooth day-to-day management. The ideal candidate must demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to HR and management teams
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare documentation for the CEO
• Maintain office supplies, logistics, and general administrative systems
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Support in preparing HR and administrative reports
• Liaise with internal departments and external partners as needed
