A reputable Proprietary Investment Company is seeking a strategic and experienced professional to serve as Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). The successful candidate will support business leadership by aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives and ensuring effective people management practices within the financial services environment.
Job Summary
The HR Business Partner will work closely with management to drive workforce planning, talent management, performance optimization, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational effectiveness in support of business growth.
Key Responsibilities
-Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with corporate strategy and business goals.
-Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
-Drive performance management processes and employee development programs.
-Manage employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant practices.
-Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
-Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
-Support change management, organizational development, and restructuring initiatives.
-Promote employee engagement, retention strategies, and positive workplace culture.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related discipline.
-5–6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the financial services or investment industry.
-Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, CIPD) will be an added advantage.
-Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices within the financial sector.
-Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems.
