Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for client companies
Source, screen and shortlist qualified candidates
Conduct interviews and coordinate client interviews
Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
Prepare recruitment reports and updates
Develop effective sourcing strategies
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment or HR (agency experience is an advantage)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of recruitment tools and Microsoft Office
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
