Role Overview
The HR Manager will drive HR strategy, workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance within a fast-paced hospitality and retail environment.



Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business growth
• Lead workforce planning and recruitment across outlets
• Implement performance management linked to business KPIs
• Drive employee engagement, culture, and retention initiatives
• Oversee learning & development programs
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
• Provide strategic HR insights to leadership



Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 7–10 years HR experience, preferably in hospitality/retail/FMCG
• Strong experience in HR strategy, talent management, and compliance
• CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI certification is an advantage
