Job Summary:

The HR Officer will manage end-to-end HR functions within a hospitality environment, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and compliance with labor laws. The role supports strategic HR planning and fosters a positive workplace culture.


Job Description:

  • Lead recruitment, screening, and onboarding processes
  • Coordinate interviews, training sessions, and grievance resolutions
  • Develop and maintain employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Generate reports on HR metrics and provide insights for strategic decision-making
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances
  • Organize employee engagement activities and support performance management processes
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives



Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce company policies and performance evaluation systems
  • Maintain HR dashboards for real-time tracking of KPIs
  • Support audits and ensure HR compliance
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives
  • Provide actionable insights from HR data to guide business strategies




Qualifications and Experience:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR, preferably in hospitality
  • Strong understanding of HR metrics and their application to business strategies
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

3,000 - 5,000 GHS
