Job Summary:
The HR Officer will manage end-to-end HR functions within a hospitality environment, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and compliance with labor laws. The role supports strategic HR planning and fosters a positive workplace culture.
Job Description:
- Lead recruitment, screening, and onboarding processes
- Coordinate interviews, training sessions, and grievance resolutions
- Develop and maintain employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Generate reports on HR metrics and provide insights for strategic decision-making
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances
- Organize employee engagement activities and support performance management processes
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce company policies and performance evaluation systems
- Maintain HR dashboards for real-time tracking of KPIs
- Support audits and ensure HR compliance
- Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives
- Provide actionable insights from HR data to guide business strategies
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR, preferably in hospitality
- Strong understanding of HR metrics and their application to business strategies
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
