Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
✅ Lead recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
✅ Ensure compliance with Ghana Labour Laws and HR best practices
✅ Drive learning & development, staff welfare, and talent retention
✅ Provide HR metrics and strategic support to Management
Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration (HR Option), or a related field
✔ MBA in HR or membership of a recognized HR professional body is an added advantage
✔ Minimum of 5 years' HR experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role
✔ Strong knowledge of the Labour Act, 2003 (Act 651) and modern HR practices
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
