Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the company's recruitment processes
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews 
  • Post job vacancies on various platforms, including company websites, LinkedIn, and job boards.
  • Maintain and update job listings regularly.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in job descriptions and postings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed within the HR department.
  • Provide regular updates to the recruitment team on the status of postings.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good written communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency with computers and online tools (e.g., email, web platforms, social media).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Interest in HR or administrative work is a plus.
