Job Summary:
Industrial Psychology Consultants (IPC) is recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced LED Manager to lead supplier development, strengthen local SMEs, and build market linkages that deliver measurable economic impact.
Key responsibilities:
· Execute LED strategy and supplier development programs
· Build SME capacity in finance, governance, and entrepreneurship
· Develop market and value chain linkages beyond a single off-taker
· Track, evaluate, and report LED performance to leadership
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s in Business, Development, Economics, Engineering, or related; MBA an advantage
· 8–10 years’ relevant experience, including 5+ years in senior LED/empowerment/procurement/community development roles
· Strong stakeholder engagement and proven project delivery
