Job Description:
Lark Group is seeking an experienced and skilled Machinist to join our technical team in Tema. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various machines to manufacture, modify, and repair precision parts according to technical specifications. This position requires strong attention to detail, a deep understanding of mechanical systems, and the ability to work with both manual and automated machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine specifications.
• Set up and operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
• Perform precision machining to produce or repair mechanical parts and tools.
• Conduct quality control checks and inspections to ensure accuracy and compliance with design standards.
• Maintain machines and tools in proper working condition through regular maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet project goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of HND in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is an advantage.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience working as a machinist or in a similar technical role.
• Strong technical knowledge of machine operation and maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.
