Your responsibilities

  • Daily monitoring and follow-up of shipments from origin to final delivery, including supplier release, transportation, customs clearance, and handover.
  • Thorough understanding of import requirements and documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and accuracy of information.
  • Validation and review of customs documentation, including necessary approvals, with a general understanding of applicable standards and regulatory notices.
  • Preparation and management of delivery documentation, ensuring all required paperwork is in place for final destination.
  • Support in transportation cost estimates and logistics inquiries, providing internal clients with timely and accurate information.
  • Coordination of final delivery stages, optimizing resources and ensuring on-time arrival to customers, regardless of shipment size or mode.


What you bring

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in Logistics activities.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (Dynamics 365 is desirable ).
  • Positive attitude, assertiveness, and strong execution skills.
  • Ability to interact and collaborate within and outside the department.
  • Candidate should have a strong sense of urgency, be proactive and be customer focused.
