Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities on the construction/project site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Monitor and report progress, delays, and any issues to project management.
- Enforce site safety rules and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate the work of subcontractors, laborers, and other site personnel.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
- Maintain daily site logs and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, engineers, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a site supervision or similar construction role.
- Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- A diploma or degree in Building Technology, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
