Key Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance strategy to ensure availability, reliability, and safety of heavy mining equipment (ADT, loaders, drills, etc.).
- Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams.
- Oversee budgets, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Engineering degree. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical, Electromechanical or Industrial Maintenance Engineering.
- 10–12 years of experience in mine equipment maintenance, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
- Experience in mining subcontracting is highly desirable.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (but not limited).
- This position is open to expatriates of all nationalities.
