Overview:

The Manager, HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight to the HRBP team supporting various projects. The role ensures that HRBPs deliver consistent and effective support across the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit while aligning people practices with business objectives.

Essential skill set for this role:

📌 Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
📌 Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
📌 Experience in a BPO or large-scale operations environment is strongly preferred.
📌 Proven ability to manage a multi-project HR function with strong stakeholder engagement
