We are seeking a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Expert to lead recruitment efforts and deliver exceptional talent solutions for our clients.  You will play a critical role in sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier candidates across various industries. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing HR firm dedicated to building strong client and candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for internal and external roles
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and workplace culture
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and shortlist candidates for client review
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, and provide feedback to both parties
• Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and industry best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition 
• Strong understanding of various sourcing and screening techniques
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
• Experience recruiting for multiple sectors is an advantage
