Key Responsibilities
- Craft and schedule community updates about programming, events, and partnerships across various platforms
- Lead major fundraising campaigns (e.g. Giving Tuesday, International Women’s Day, Global Scholarship Fund)
- Create compelling, brand-aligned content across social channels
- Ensure sponsor brands are accurately and effectively represented in all promotions
- Report on social growth and campaign performance monthly and quarterly
- Optimize online presence and traffic via social media and SEO initiatives
- Assist in managing community Slack channels
- Manage monthly newsletters and email campaigns
- Handle data hygiene and database tasks, primarily in HubSpot
- Support event promotion, registration, and volunteer coordination
- Assist with Zoom webinar and meeting setup
- Collaborate with external marketing partners on paid campaigns
