Assist in evaluating and documenting the current intake and workflow processes for creative requests
Collaborate with stakeholders to define best practices for submitting, managing, and fulfilling creative service needs.
Research and recommend tools or enhancements to existing systems to improve project tracking and visibility.
Help prioritize incoming creative requests based on strategic impact, deadlines, and resource availability.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and other internal teams to gather requirements and feedback.
Support the Creative Services team in managing day-to-day project workflows and status tracking
Assist in developing process documentation, templates, and training materials.

Qualifications
Current student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or related field
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management or creative tools (e.g., Jira, Figma, Asana, Workfront, Monday.com, Adobe Workfront) is a plus
Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
