Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in evaluating and documenting the current intake and workflow processes for creative requests
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define best practices for submitting, managing, and fulfilling creative service needs.
  • Research and recommend tools or enhancements to existing systems to improve project tracking and visibility.
  • Help prioritize incoming creative requests based on strategic impact, deadlines, and resource availability.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and other internal teams to gather requirements and feedback.
  • Support the Creative Services team in managing day-to-day project workflows and status tracking
  • Assist in developing process documentation, templates, and training materials.

Qualifications

  • Current student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management or creative tools (e.g., Jira, Figma, Asana, Workfront, Monday.com, Adobe Workfront) is a plus
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
