About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support the growth and visibility of our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business success, user acquisition, engagement, and retention in a highly competitive market. Experience in the betting or gaming industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products
• Support go-to-market strategies for new features, games, and promotions
• Develop and execute both online and offline marketing initiatives.
• Drive user acquisition through digital channels (social media, paid ads, partnerships, referrals)
• Optimize campaigns to increase registrations, deposits, and active users
• Identify and explore new growth opportunities
• Plan and manage promotional campaigns, bonuses, and offers
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results
• Ensure timely execution of all marketing activities
• Manage social media platforms and content calendars
• Collaborate with designers/content creators for engaging campaigns
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve market positioning
• Understand customer behavior and preferences in the betting industry
• Align marketing initiatives with product updates and business goals
• Track and report on key metrics (CAC, conversion rate, retention, ROI)
• Provide weekly/monthly performance reports
• Use data insights to guide decision-making
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 4–6 years experience in marketing (experience in betting, gaming, or tech is a plus)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
• Experience with campaign management and performance tracking
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
