Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant outlets
- Ensure consistent service quality, hygiene, and operational standards
- Monitor financial performance, cost control, and profitability
- Manage and support restaurant managers and operational teams
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all locations
- Handle staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning
- Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth workflow across branches
- Track performance metrics and prepare operational reports for management
- Ensure compliance with UAE food safety and regulatory standards
- Drive improvements in efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sales performance
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in UAE
- Strong background in managing multiple restaurant outlets
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and KPIs
- Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced environments
