Project Overview
A leading upstream oil & gas operator in Africa is deploying a high‑impact operations program to support offshore production in Ghana. SigmaStrat is managing the end‑to‑end oversight of critical operational materials — including procurement, inventory control, quality assurance, logistics, and safe delivery to offshore assets.
Operations will be coordinated from Accra, with the main execution hub in Takoradi.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
- Ensure proper handling of materials destined for offshore assets.
- Maintain warehouse safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards.
- Support field operations and coordinate with logistics and QA/QC teams.
- Implement inventory control procedures and documentation.
Ideal Candidate
- 7+ years in warehouse or field operations.
- Experience in oil & gas logistics or materials management.
- Strong safety awareness and operational discipline.
