Job responsibilities

  • Training Design and deliver training programs for various audiences on payroll processes, tools, and strategic initiatives. Identify knowledge and skill gaps and create user-friendly guides, documents, and videos. Facilitate learning sessions to address identified gaps.
  • Project Support Support payroll projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

What you bring

  • At least 3 years' experience in training, instructional design, or learning & development roles (preferably within payroll or HR domains).
  • Proven ability to simplify complex concepts into learner-friendly formats.
  • Confident presenter with strong facilitation skills across multiple formats (live, recorded, interactive).
  • Analytical mindset for assessing learning needs and measuring program effectiveness.
  • Experience using learning and content tools (e.g., Notion, Zendesk, LMS platforms).
  • Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
  • Effective in both autonomous and collaborative settings.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Remote work experience is a bonus, not a requirement
