Position Overview:
 

This role is responsible for the day-to-day support of our institution partners, driving targeted enrollment growth and enhancing partner satisfaction. You will execute recruitment strategies, assist in conversion initiatives, and act as a liaison between institutions and ApplyBoard’s internal teams.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Execute Recruitment Strategies: Assist in implementing and optimizing recruitment strategies to help meet enrollment goals for our differentiated partners.
  • Support Conversion Rates: Help enhance conversion rates by assisting in the activation and training of Recruitment Partners (RPs) and ensuring alignment with institutional priorities.
  • Service Adoption: Promote the adoption of premium services and tools to enhance partner satisfaction and results.
  • Engagement Customization: Support the development and customization of engagement models and reporting that align with the unique goals of each institutional partner.
  • Liaison Responsibilities: Serve as a point of contact for institutional stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration with ApplyBoard teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to address partner-specific needs, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate solutions for any operational challenges.
  • CRM Management: Keep detailed records in our CRM system, documenting partner activities and performance data consistently.
  • Relationship Building: Conduct regular check-ins and syncs with the institution's international recruitment and admissions teams to strengthen relationships and align strategies.
  • Workshops and Training Support: Assist in organizing and facilitating monthly conversion workshops and training sessions for top recruitment partners.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in account management, sales, or recruitment, preferably in the education sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of enrollment processes and strategies within differentiated institutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
