About the Role.
As Program Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering world-class programs for executive assistants, administrative professionals, and corporate leaders. You will oversee the full program lifecycle—from concept to execution—ensuring excellence, innovation, and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, development, and execution of training programs and certifications
* Manage program schedules, resources, and delivery (virtual, in-person, and hybrid)
* Collaborate with facilitators, subject matter experts, and corporate partners
* Drive participant enrollment and engagement in collaboration with marketing teams
* Secure corporate training opportunities to meet company revenue and growth targets
* Moderate webinars and other online training sessions
* Market CED training programs to corporate institutions and strategic partners
* Monitor program performance and implement continuous improvements
* Oversee program budgets, logistics, and operational efficiency
* Ensure quality standards and alignment with global best practices
What We’re Looking For
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Education, or related field (Master’s is an advantage)
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in program management, training, or L&D
* Strong organizational, leadership, and project management skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
* Experience managing professional training or certification programs is a plus.
