About the job

This pivotal role plays a critical part in SheRise Tech's journey from ideation to execution. You will be responsible for the planning, preparation, launch, and management of our programs, ensuring they deliver on our social impact goals and strategic objectives

Key Responsibilities

• Program Development: Collaborate with leadership to design, conceptualize, and refine program plans, ensuring they align with SheRise Tech's mission, vision, and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

• Project Management: Manage the entire program lifecycle, including budgeting, resource allocation, scheduling, risk management, and effective communication with stakeholders.

• Launch and Execution: Lead the program's launch, ensuring smooth implementation and strict adherence to timelines and milestones.

• Monitoring and Evaluation: Create and implement frameworks for monitoring and evaluating program progress, measuring impact, and identifying areas for improvement.

• Communication and Reporting: Deliver compelling reports and presentations to keep stakeholders informed about program progress and impact.

• Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and other key stakeholders to expand our reach and impact.

• Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships for program-related services, ensuring quality delivery within budget.

• Team Leadership: Provide leadership and support to program teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Qualification and Skills

• Experience: 3-5 years in program management, preferably in the social impact or non-profit sector.

• Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to launch and manage complex programs successfully.

• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong stakeholder relationships.

• Project Management: Expertise in project management with proficiency in relevant tools and methodologies.

• Data Skills: Competence in data analysis and reporting.

• Budget Management: Effective budget management experience.

• Passion: Deep passion for social impact and understanding of challenges faced by target beneficiaries.

• Independence: Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points:

• Industry Experience: Experience in sectors where SheRise Tech operates, such as AgTech, FinTech, Mobility, E-commerce, or EdTech.

• Social Impact Knowledge: Familiarity with the social impact landscape and best practices in program development.

Start-up Experience: Experience working in a start-up environment.

• French Language Proficiency is an added advantage.
