Job Summary
Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional front desk experience. The role involves managing reservations, handling inquiries, and supporting administrative functions within the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to guests in a professional and friendly manner
Manage check-ins, check-outs, and room reservations
Handle phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly
Maintain accurate records of bookings and guest information
Provide information about hotel services and local facilities
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure readiness
Handle payments, receipts, and basic administrative tasks
Resolve guest concerns or escalate issues when necessary
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of a Diploma in any relevant field
At least 1 year experience in administration, hospitality, or related field
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, booking systems)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
