Role Summary 
The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing product information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience both in‑store and via phone or digital channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customer inquiries and provide accurate product information
  • Assist customers in identifying the right auto parts for their needs
  • Handle complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain customer records and follow up on pending requests
  • Support sales team with customer engagement and order processing


Key Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience in customer service (auto parts knowledge is an advantage)
