The Customer Experience Manager will oversee store operations in a butchery retail environment, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth daily operations, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3–5 years retail experience (fresh food/meat industry preferred)
  • Strong customer service and complaint handling skills
  • Good leadership and team management ability
  • Knowledge of inventory control and hygiene standards
  • UAE work experience required (candidates must already be in UAE)
