Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
* Manage appointment schedules and meeting rooms
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area
* Provide basic information about the company to clients and guests
* Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping


Requirements:
