Job Summary:
We are seeking 3 dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Managers to lead our commodity-focused FMCG sales operations in Ghana. The role involves driving sales growth, managing field teams, overseeing regional distribution, and executing sales strategies across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales growth and achieve regional revenue targets.
• Manage a team of 5–10 supervisors and field representatives.
• Oversee regional distribution and ensure smooth operations.
• Execute sales strategies effectively across the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Requirements / Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in the commodity market (e.g., bread flour, edible oil, rice, sugar).
• Previous experience as a City, Zonal, or National Sales Manager is a strong advantage.
• Strong team leadership and field sales management skills.
• Results-driven with a solid track record in regional sales execution.
