Our client is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a proven track record in sales management and business development.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Benefits
• Monthly performance bonus: ₦100,000 – ₦300,000 (based on target achievement)
