Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, and workflows
- Manage user roles, profiles, and security settings
- Create reports and dashboards for business insights
- Assist in data migration and data quality management
- Provide end-user support and training
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of CRM concepts
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform (Salesforce Admin certification is a plus)
- Knowledge of data management and reporting
