Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the Treasury Sales team to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
• Drive treasury sales, funds mobilization, and investment inflows from HNIs, SMEs, corporate, and institutional clients.
• Oversee origination and execution of credit transactions including LPO Finance, Asset Finance, Project Finance, and Import/Export Finance.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and grow the treasury portfolio.
• Coach, mentor, and monitor team performance to ensure target achievement.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, banks, and funding partners.
• Ensure sound credit risk assessment, portfolio quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare performance reports and provide business insights to senior management.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-8+ years' experience in Treasury Sales, Funds Management, Credit Sales, or Financial Services.
• Strong expertise in Asset Finance, LPO Finance, Project Finance, Import/Export Finance, and HNI Funds Management.
