The ASM Hybrid is responsible for driving wholesale and sub-dealer recruitment, managing counter sales, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies at both distributor and field levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the recruitment and management of wholesale and sub-dealer channels
* Use and maintain the Joint Business Plan (JBP) review deck to engage distributors during visits
* Execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) with distributors
* Build distributor and salesforce capability through regular training and support
* Manage distributor engagement programs (DSS, DIP, DEP)
* Oversee inventory and stock variance management, including GRN processing
* Drive both primary and secondary sales performance
* Ensure full compliance with LOLI and internal control standards
Requirements:
* B.Sc. in a related field.
* 3 years’ experience as an Hybrid ASM.
* Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
