Role Description
We are seeking energetic, ambitious, and results-oriented individuals to join our client’s sales team as Sales Executives. Successful candidates will be responsible for business development, client acquisition, relationship management, and promoting insurance solutions to individuals and organizations.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Promote and sell insurance products and services
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Meet assigned sales targets and performance objectives
• Participate in training and professional development activities
• Maintain accurate records and reports of sales activities
Qualification and Requirements
• Minimum SHS Certificate, Diploma, or Degree
• Age: 22 years and above
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• Willingness to learn and build a successful career
