Role Description
We are seeking an Area Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Taraba.
The Area Sales Manager will oversee and expand the company's sales operations within assigned territories.
Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, monitoring market trends, and providing regular sales reports.
The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise business growth opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
5 – 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
Proven experience in territory management and sales team supervision.
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Good knowledge of the assigned regional markets in Nigeria.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to analyse sales data and market trends.
Must be willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
