We're Hiring - Sales & Client Onboarding Officer
What You'll Do:
- Drive client acquisition through networking, outreach, and referrals
- Convert leads and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close
- Guide clients through onboarding , documentation, activation, and communication
- Maintain pipeline records and prepare sales performance reports
- Build lasting client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognised university
- at least 3 years in sales, business development, client service, or a customer-facing role
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Experience with CRM tools is an advantage
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and resilient under pressure
