Role Overview
We're hiring a Property Sales Consultant to sell across our active developer client projects. You'll manage relationships from first enquiry to handover.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle; lead qualification to contract execution
  • Prospect actively through your network, referrals, outreach, and events
  • Conduct site visits, show unit tours, and buyer consultations
  • Manage buyer enquiries across all channels
  • Maintain CRM records and report weekly
  • Represent Krafthaus and our clients professionally

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of luxury real estate sales experience, with a track record of closing and self-generating pipeline
  • Strong knowledge of prime markets
  • Excellent communicator; in person, on phone, and over video
  • Organised, disciplined, and relentless with follow-up
  • An existing buyer network is a strong advantage.
