Role Overview:
We are seeking a results‑driven and motivated Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving the company’s revenue growth through effective sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to management.
- Support promotional and marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
- Provide weekly sales reports and performance updates.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or investment sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver’s license is an advantage.
