Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role in FMCG.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in sales metrics and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of the local market (Bono, Ahafo & Kumasi Region) with a robust customer network.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
