Job Description
Sangene Enterprises is seeking motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused Sales Representatives to join its team in Accra and Kumasi. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling household electrical appliances and consumer goods, building strong customer relationships, expanding the customer base, and achieving sales targets within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell household electrical appliances and consumer electronics.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and customer accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Manage product distribution and merchandising within assigned territories.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Ensure effective product presentation and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least one year of sales experience in household electrical appliances or consumer electronics.
- Good understanding of sales, distribution, and merchandising practices.
- Knowledge of local markets, trade channels, and geographical areas in Accra or Kumasi.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and develop new customer accounts.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
