The Consult‑AGE is seeking a Senior Associate to support the execution of audit, tax, and advisory engagements. This role requires a technically strong and detail‑oriented professional with audit experience, capable of managing multiple engagements and working directly with clients to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
SCOPE OF WORK
- Execute audit engagements in line with International Standards on Auditing (ISAs).
- Prepare and review audit working papers and supporting documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Support tax compliance and advisory engagements including interaction with the GRA.
- Identify and escalate engagement issues appropriately.
- Support junior team members on assigned tasks.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in an accounting or professional services firm.
- Chartered Accountant (ICAG or equivalent). CPA is an added advantage.
- Strong audit experience is required.
- Knowledge of Ghana tax framework.
- U.S. GAAP knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with the U.S. NGO/ non‑profit sector is an advantage.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and engagements.
