Job Purpose:
The Senior Marketing Lead / Head of Marketing is responsible for leading the marketing department, managing the marketing team, and driving the company's next phase of growth. This is an executive-level role requiring a highly experienced marketing professional who can blend traditional and digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and potentially transition into the Managing Director role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's business growth objectives.
- Lead strategic planning initiatives to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
- Provide high-level decision-making and strategic input to the executive leadership team.
- Team Management & Inspiration:
- Lead, manage, and inspire the marketing team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the department.
- Marketing Execution:
- Oversee both traditional and digital marketing campaigns to ensure consistent brand messaging and market penetration.
- Utilize modern marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Exhibit excellent communication skills when engaging with internal teams, external partners, and executive stakeholders.
- Report on marketing performance and strategic initiatives to the Managing Director and board.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: 5-10 years of proven marketing experience, with significant time spent in a similar senior or leadership position.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of traditional and general marketing principles.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing and modern marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and inspire a marketing team.
- Strong strategic planning and business growth capabilities.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
