JOB SUMMARY
We're looking for a friendly and customer focused Storefront Associate to join our team! As a Storefront Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Requirements:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills
•Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store
• Previous retail experience (is a requirement)
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Process transactions accurately
• Maintain store appearance and organization
• Restock shelves and displays
• Work collaboratively with the team
