Procus Ghana Limited is expanding its operations and is seeking a proactive and results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure efficient stock management, operational effectiveness, and compliance with safety standards.
Position Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for supervising warehouse personnel, managing inventory accuracy, coordinating stock movements, and ensuring warehouse operations are conducted safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Allocate tasks and monitor warehouse staff productivity.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through routine stock counts and reconciliations.
- Monitor stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Enforce warehouse safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate loading and unloading activities.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of products.
- Prepare warehouse operational reports and performance metrics.
- Train and mentor warehouse personnel on best practices and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to support operational requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or food processing industries is an advantage.
