Job Summary:
Supervise and lead wellhead installation crews on-site, ensuring operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the wellhead installation team on the rig floor.
- Ensure strict adherence to installation procedures and safety protocols.
- Coordinate equipment logistics and readiness prior to installation.
- Liaise with rig management, engineers, and client representatives.
- Report daily progress and address any operational challenges.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in wellhead installation, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Education: Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Certifications: Valid Offshore Survival certificate. Wellhead/OEM training certificates required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
