About the Role:
Constromart Africa is seeking a highly experienced and qualified Hydrologist / Drainage Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading water resources and drainage engineering projects, providing technical expertise, and ensuring the successful delivery of infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct hydrological studies, flood risk assessments, and drainage analysis for various infrastructure projects.
- Design, model, and oversee the implementation of drainage systems, culverts, and stormwater management facilities.
- Analyze rainfall, runoff, and hydrological data to inform engineering designs and project planning.
- Prepare technical reports, design calculations, drawings, and tender documents.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and regulatory bodies to ensure project compliance and success.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project staff.
Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Hydrology, Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering).
- Minimum 10 years’ professional experience in hydrology and drainage engineering.
