Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and certified Forklift Operator to manage our warehouse inventory movement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a forklift to load and unload goods from trucks and containers.
- Move materials and products to designated storage areas within the warehouse.
- Perform routine pre-use and post-use inspections on the forklift and report any mechanical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements (as required).
- Adhere strictly to all site safety rules and forklift operation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area around the forklift.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid Forklift Operator certification/license is required.
- Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Good hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with a team.
