Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Production Operator to operate machinery on our production line, ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Monitor the production process and adjust settings as needed to maintain quality.
- Perform quality checks on finished products and report any defects.
- Load raw materials and unload finished goods from the production line.
- Maintain accurate production logs and records.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- HND, Diploma, or relevant vocational training.
- Previous experience (2+ years) as a Production Operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Ability to read and interpret technical instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work shifts, including Saturdays.
