QUALIFICATION, COMPETENCE & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of HND Engineering - Mech/Electrical/Agric
- Minimum of four (4) years post qualification experience in Mining, Engineering or Construction
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Work-In-Progress (WIP) & Financial Performance Management
- Monitor and manage Work-In-Progress (WIP) to ensure job costs, costs, and aging remain within established targets to support profitability and operational efficiency
- Review closed jobs and ensure costs are allocated accurately across warranty, contract, customer, and internal accounts
2. Contract Administration & Invoicing
- Oversee contract administration activities, including purchase order follow-up, monthly invoicing, and billing compliance. Collaborate with finance teams to ensure timely submission, processing, and payment of customer invoices
3. Documentation, Compliance & Audit Support
- Ensure all customer-required supporting documentation is accurately prepared and submitted to facilitate invoice processing. Maintain accurate records, archive financial documentation, and support internal and external audits as required
4. Procurement & Budget Management
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely sourcing and delivery of materials, equipment, and services
5. Operational Coordination & Continuous Improvement
- Oversee job creation, administration, and invoicing processes to ensure compliance with business requirements and performance metrics
- Facilitate team meetings, communicate operational updates, promote best practices, and support cross-functional collaboration to enhance service delivery
